SHIPPING AND RETURNS

SHIPPING INFO |  Some items are made to order.

Your order will be shipped within 1-5 business days.

 

RETURN & REFUND POLICY |  We accept returns or exchange within 30 days of delivery .Return delivery cost will be paid by the customer if the item is being returned for any reason beyond manufacturer's defect. If you would like to return an item, email  dana@lilytoya.com before shipping any items back and detail the reasons for your return. I will notify you by email once your return has been processed. It will be executed at the same terms of the original deal. Please note that delivery costs are non-refundable. To return items, please enclose them in a padded envelope and send them to the address below. Your item must be in its original packaging, unused/unworn, and in the same condition in which you received it.  You must include your name and order number inside the package in order for me to process your return.

Refunds | Any item can be refunded in exchange for the return of the item.

Items must be returned in their original condition

If 30 days have gone by since your item was delivered, I unfortunately cannot offer you a refund.
